Travel Fee: 30KM from Parklawn Rd and The Queensway is included in every package. $2 per KM beyond the first 30KM to cover time and gas.
EXAMPLE: If your shoot is 40KM from The Queensway and Parklawn Rd your travel fee on top of your services will be 40 - 30 x 2 = $20
Code Blue Media provides videography services throughout all parts of the GTA.
We recommend booking 2 days in advance to secure a preferable date. At times, we may have last-minute cancellations and can accommodate clients the next or same day. Please contact us and we will help find the best time that works for you.

Our goal is to shoot and deliver the product in the fastest time without sacrificing quality. We understand the importance of time in this industry.
We require payment upfront upon confirming your appointment.
Payment can be made by e-transfer, credit card, or cheque.
Please note credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Yes, you may certainly ask us to delete certain tasks and replace them with reasonable listing related tasks. You may also request more tasks at our hourly rate of $150, which can be ordered at the same time with your marketing package.
This all depends on the package you select or type of project you wish to create (square footage plays a factor). We will give you the exact estimate during our initial consultation.
We require at least 48 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling due to us having turned away other bookings. If a booking is cancelled after this time, a $75 cancellation fee is charged or deducted from the refund.
Song changes are not included in the free round(s) of revision as this causes us to have to re time the entire video. Please send us your song for any video projects, if you are not comfortable with us picking.
Additional revisions will be billed on an hourly basis of $150 / per hour.
We handle the seamless posting of the content we create for you directly on your Instagram account. This is especially beneficial when it comes to sharing Instagram Reels since utilizing the correct techniques is crucial for maximizing your content's visibility through the algorithm.
We achieve this by utilizing an Instagram collaboration post, where the Instagram Reel, post, or video will be posted by us but will appear on both of our feeds as a collaboration.
You are not buying the photos or video from us. When you hire us, we license the usage of that content to you for the duration of the listing contract. You don't own the content and can't give, gift, or resell the content to any other entity or recoup your expenses.
We do sell raw footage for each project, however price does vary. Contact for more info.

The Full Process

Step 1: Pre Production

It all begins with an idea.
We never show up to a shoot without a script and a shot plan that hasn’t been previously discussed with you. We aren’t just cameramen, we are creative directors, which means you’ll never show up without feeling fully confident in what your saying, how to say it and when to say it. Pressing record and making things up on the spot isn’t our style and it’s not what you deserve.
We start with a virtual consultation where we carefully discuss your goals, vision and plans for the project. Once we comprehend your intentions, we are then able to give you our ideas for how to execute your vision.
After developing a clear cut plan for the project, we decide on a package based on your budget.

Step 2: Post Production

Our post production process is based on creating an end product that matches all the goals you initially set out. After we deliver you the first draft, you can then give us full a list of adjustments you wish to make. Every package we offer includes at-least ONE full round of revision.
At Code Blue we only utilize the absolute best in post production equipment and software. We utilize high quality royalty free music, 3D motion tracking / graphics, animated titles, transitions, sound effects and cinematic colour grading. Our entire team of shooters and editors are based locally in Canada.

Step 3: Project Delivery

Our turn around time varies per project but we will be extremely clear and honest in our initial consultation.
All files are delivered via We Transfer.
Having a well produced video that follows through with your vision is amazing, however if it does not reach your intended audience effectively then it loses it’s value. We can assist you in posting the video(s) onto social media platforms in the correct way. This is done to reach as many eyes in your intended market as possible.
We don’t believe in creating something that is just passable, tolerable, or just okay. We value our name being attached to this project just as much as you do. The final product reflects our abilities and talents, therefore we place extreme value on creating something you can truly be amazed and proud of.
